I offer breathwork workshops and retreats designed to introduce participants to the transformative power of conscious breathing. Whether you're organizing a retreat or looking to host a workshop in the Netherlands and beyond, I am available to teach and guide participants through both the theory and hands-on experience of breathwork.

 

During these workshops, I teach the fundamentals of breathing: how breath impacts our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. What breathwork does to our body and nervous system, how breathwork can be practiced in various ways and how it can be incorporated in your daily (work) life. Participants will not only learn the theory but also experience the profound effects of breathwork firsthand, gaining tools they can apply in their everyday lives.
