Private Sessions
In a one-on-one session, you'll receive dedicated attention and personalized guidance in a safe and nurturing environment, creating a uniquely tailored experience just for you. The flow of each session is dynamic, adapting to your current energetic and physical state. Accompanied by carefully selected music, you'll explore different breathing techniques that resonate with your situation and intentions. I will also provide breathing techniques that can be practiced at home after our session.
Our journey begins with a brief intake, where you can share your present state and any relevant themes in your life. Based on this conversation, I will design a private session that addresses your individual needs. Each session is a fluid experience, ranging from intense exploration to deep relaxation.
To enhance your experience and help release physical blockages, I also incorporate bodywork into the session. This holistic approach allows for greater integration of the breathwork, facilitating deeper relaxation and emotional release.
