I organize group sessions at various locations around Amsterdam, but also conduct sessions at any location requested by my clients. Each session is accompanied by carefully curated music and can incorporate bodywork to enhance the experience and to release physical and energetic blockages in the body.

 

In a group setting, such as in private settings, participants can expect a safe and nurturing environment. Although every journey is personal and unique, experiencing a breath journey together has a powerful and uplifting effect on the group by tapping into collective energy while experiencing individual breakthroughs. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in breathwork, these sessions cater to all levels.
